Shipping
We only charge £1.50 shipping and handling charge for any size of order to be delivered within UK.
We aim to despatch the coffee within 24 hours of receiving the order (Saturday orders despatched Monday). As we use Royal Mail first class for most of our deliveries expect your order to be delivered within 24-72hours. Maximum delivery within UK is 28 days. For worldwide delivery expect delivery within 28 days. We do despatch the orders within 24 hours and it depends on final destination how long it is going to take. If you need shipment signed on delivery or you prefer any other type of shipment (priority shipment etc), this will occur higher shipping cost and you should contact us before you place the order for shipping quote.

Returns

If goods are returned due to being faulty the customer can expect a refund. All goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
All the coffees that you purchase with us are roasted freshly and to your specification they cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. If there is any problem with the coffee that you purchased us please contact us and we will deal with your request on a one to one bases.

TwoDay coffee roasters are committed to protecting your privacy. We use information we collect about you to process your order and provide more personalised shopping experience. When you order we will need your name, email address, delivery address and card detail.

Twoday coffee roasters will not sell, trade or share your personal information.

We use Royal Mail 1st class service for most of our deliveries and you can expect your order to be delivered within 24 -48 hours after we notify you of the completion of the order. Maximum delivery within UK is 28 days. We despatch the orders within 24 hours and it depends on final destination how long is it going to take. If you need shipment signed on delivery or you prefer any other type of shipment ( priority etc) you should contact us prior placing the order as such shipments will occur higher shipping cost.
