This is another great example of Natural processed Ethiopian crop. The cup is perfectly balanced, body of smooth velvety caramel. Banana and berry mix, maple syrup and layers of blueberry muffin and melted butter.
Bookkisa is a name of a sub kebele ( Hamlet) where the Bookkisa group of 33 farmers are located. Average farm size of each member is 2.55 hectares. Coffee grows under the canopy of natural forest, like most of Guji coffees in the area. The fertile land is made of clay and loam. All of the farmers from Bookkisa group are trained in agronomy and post harvest practises.
Each lot on drying bed is tagged, listing specific delivery date, the start date of drying and relative moisture content reading for each day. that enables more of a control when processing and results in top quality cup.
