 Leo Fidele Ndagijimana, lets call him Leo. Leo had been working as a manager of washing stations in western Rwanda for years always on the look out for a fixer upper where he could use all that knowledge and experience to open up new vistas, a new Horizon. He found what he was looking for in the mountains of the South and bought a run down station and set out to mend and make do, but Leo went one better, and using all that experience began producing top quality coffee. 

Cup profile:  Well balanced and smooth, chocolate/cherry, fig. Sticky toffee pudding with twist of fruit (tangerine) and hints of honey.
