   More than any other country, Ethiopia has a broad genetic diversity among its coffee varieties, with each type having a distinctive taste, shape and color. As a result each region in the country can offer a different flavor profile, forming the grading system for Ethiopian coffees e.g. Sidamo, Harrar, Limu etc. Each region has distinctive flavor profiles with strong floral aroma and intense citrus flavor.

 This lot comes from Chelbesea  located in Gedeo Zone of the Gedeb District. It is one of the finest coffee producing areas within the famous Gedeb Woreda. Known for its dense layered semi forest vegetation structure encompassing false banana trees as well as shade grown coffee trees it is a great example of the best coffee growing agro-ecology. This lot has been put together from various small farms in the region and processed as traditional natural. 

Super nice.  Best drunk black. Filter or aeropress. Also makes great cold brew.
