      This coffee is another excellent lot that we can offer thanks to John from The Green collection. John has an excellent contacts in this region of Colombia. He delivers exceptional lots for us to try. It is always very hard to decide which one to go for. 

We went for medium roast on this lot. Aiming for smooth, juicy profile on solid chocolate caramel base.

chocolate, red fruit, raisin, cream butter vanilla, sugar cane..... all perfectly balanced.

Great black but can handle milk.
