Big and Bold. This semi washed Sumatran is a great find. If you like your coffees big on flavor, this one is the one to go for. You will love its complex flavor of dark chocolate, nutmeg, sweet tobacco and grapefruit ( possibly passion fruit). You will be left in no doubt that you are drinking big Sumatran. If it all gets too much, you can always go back to safety of Central american coffees. Must try though. More
