Farm has been in same family for four generations. It is situated in high mountains surrounding the town of San Pedro. Its location and elevation gives the farm advantage in producing high quality coffee. The farm water resources are abundant, with several springs across the area and the region has distinct dry seasons are benefitial for flowering and processing. Nearly 30% of the farm is kept under native forrest to help prevent erosion.
Lovely sweet medium roast. Apple, raisin, hazelnut.
Blend up to 30% with darker roasts ( BSCA#1 or El Borbollon ).
