We roast this Bourbon varietal dark for the rich heavy bottom notes of dark chocolate whilst making sure there is a touch of fruitiness. The Alvarez family offer a lot of support to local communities with schools for children aged 5 to 15 and free health clinics on their farms.All their coffee is grown under the canopy of shade trees which enrich and conserve the soil and provide an important habitat for birds and other wildlife.
