Our seasonal espresso, the coffees that make up this blend are at their peak where sweetness and liveliness join to create a complex taste experience. To Samabaia has been added Fazenda Pantano. This new blend combines the strength of these two Brazilian yellow bourbons(Varietal). The Samambaia has great body and depth,it has a traditional espresso profile of chocolate with a creamy mouthfeel. The Pantano is delicate in comparison and has a lighter mouthfeel and more acidity, an acidity which expresses itself as a light oranginess. Combined and roasted they produce a wonderful espresso which is lighter than The BSCA and should be chosen if you like a lighter more acidic espresso.
